The expansion project of the Cookie Factory in Płońsk included a comprehensive range of design, construction, and installation works. Several separate stages were carried out, starting from foundational and structural works, through technical installations, to the complete finishing of new production facilities and accompanying infrastructure.

The scope of work included, among others:
- preparation of design documentation for all stages of the investment,
- execution of structural works for new production halls and technical rooms,
- modernization of existing facilities and expansion of accompanying installations,
- electrical, telecommunication, HVAC, and security systems installations,
- finishing works in halls, social, and technical rooms,
- external infrastructure: maneuvering areas, roads, water-sewage, and fire protection installations,
- investor supervision and formal service related to obtaining permits.

As part of one of the key stages of the factory's reconstruction, we performed a roof superstructure minimizing the downtime of the production line. Thanks to rich design experience and innovative implementation concepts, it was possible to design and execute a new roof structure over the functioning facility. The reconstruction of the production hall was carried out with exceptional care for operational continuity – the production lines operated almost uninterruptedly, which allowed for maximizing the Investor's profits and confirmed the effectiveness of our design approach.
