The project involved the comprehensive execution of a warehouse and transshipment hall in Żnin under the 'design and build' formula. The investment included the construction of a new hall with full accompanying infrastructure, including a maneuvering area, parking lots, a fire road, and a fire reservoir. Existing facilities were also modernized, including the office building, battery room, social annex, and technical building, as well as the reconstruction of the refrigeration system in the warehouse and transshipment hall. The scope of work also included the preparation of complete design and execution documentation, obtaining all required agreements and permits, and carrying out construction works under the supervision of the investor and industry inspectors, maintaining high safety and quality standards.
